This rather cool pic of Zanbar Bone the Night Prince - the villain behind Ian Livingstone's City of Thieves - has been posted online by budding computer artist Nat the Rat. Check it out!
Wow, thank you Mr. Green! I had no idea you had posted the piece on your blog, I'm glad you like it! I'm not up to the standards of the current FF illustrators yet, but I've always wanted to do the book covers.
If you're still interested in new FF-related work, and of course I know you appear in the second issue, I recently finished the cover art for Fighting Fantazine #2. Perhaps it's a little premature to draw your attention to it with it not being out for a little while yet, but the cover is online at the magazine site and the wikia if you'd like to see it. http://fightingfantasy.wikia.com/wiki/Fighting_Fantazine_Issue_2
I am a freelance writer and editor, well known for my contributions to the Fighting Fantasy range of adventure gamebooks. I have also written for such diverse properties as Sonic the Hedgehog, Doctor Who, Star Wars and Games Workshop's worlds of Warhammer and Warhammer 40,000.
I am the creator of the alternative steampunk universe of Pax Britannia, and have written eight novels featuring the debonair dandy adventurer Ulysses Quicksilver.
As well as my fiction work, I have also written a number of non-fiction books including 'Match Wits with the Kids', 'What is Myrrh Anyway? Everything You Always Wanted to Know About Christmas' and 'YOU ARE THE HERO - A History of Fighting Fantasy Gamebooks'.

Wow, she's a seriously talented artist - Hmmm, the perfect choice for a Necromantic Commission perhaps...?
I agree, could be good, but NOTN already has an artist attached! (Just can't say anymore about that at the moment.)

No problem! Credit where it's due and all that.
I don't think you're far off the required standards of an FF cover artist so keep at it - and let me know if you do anymore FF-related stuff.

Hi Nat (or should that be Miss The Rat?)
Thanks for the link. The cover looks ace!
I can't wait to see it in the flesh now (so to speak).
